Assembly Damage or Missing Parts
Occasionally you might receive a kit with a missing part, or an assembled car with damage. In almost all cases, going directly to the manufacturer is the easiest way to get a replacement part. For most of our runs we do not have any extra parts. InterMountain and Red Caboose offer to replace missing and damaged parts free of charge, and all have toll-free numbers.

Shipping Damage
For damage done in shipping, contact us for a return authorization number (RMA).  Damaged items may be returned for a replacement if the model is still in stock. If an item is sold out, we will refund your payment.
